Chainlink Explained for Beginners! ($LINK Overview and Review 2019)

Chainlink is a cryptocurrency project that’s building a decentralized network of oracles. In plain english, what they are doing is connecting smart contracts with data from the outside world. Because unless we want our smart contracts to be limited to things that happen purely on the blockchain, we need to be able to reliably get truthful data from the outside world onto the blockchain so smart contracts can execute properly. Chainlink also burst onto the scene recently because of their mention in Google’s official public docs. That’s why $LINK their coin/token in their system is now currently in the top 20 of all coins in terms of market cap. This video hopefully provides a good beginner-friendly explanation of the project and also Fez’s review and personal thoughts about it!
